the location was great being near many attractions.

the room lacked basic amenities, for example there was no tv inside. the bathroom felt outdated and very small and the shower was cramped, a shower curtain wasn't convenient also.

the location is amazing , close to many attractions , including the colosseum only a short walk away. the hotel provides complimentary cellphone use with internet access and umbrellas are available if needed , i thought this was a nice touch. the premises are super clean and the decor is quite sophisticated. the staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for local eateries.

the staff was friendly. they offered assistance. the location is central and i felt safe at night. the area is unbelievably central.

the hotel asked for a €100 deposit upon arrival. this deposit was only refunded after checkout. paying taxes by credit card incurred an extra 3% fee. noise was another issue. the hotel is situated in front of a busy square. the noise was disruptive late at night.
